I could see the exo terra maybe fitting a male blood but a female will need something bigger, at least 4'X18". Bloods usually stay in the 5-7ft range. Many of friends comment on their bloods being quite cage aggressive even after hook training; however, I doubt you'll be running from him/her. Get a juvie around 4-6 months old and just work with it, I am sure you will come out satisfied as long as you do not mind a bit of blood here and there. No pun intended.

I would advise against bloods. It sounds like you are new to snakes and a blood python isn't for beginners. They get large and are known to pack nasty attitudes.
Kings are easy snakes to keep. They can be a little more flighty as babies though. Ball pythons tend to be easier to handle. But I wouldn't count out kings. Their husbandry is relatively easier to maintain in general compared to balls because a lot of their temps and humidity tend to match the local climate since they're native snakes here in the US. And they come in really neat morphs that are inexpensive. Most less than $200.
Regarding the Wobble:
Every single snake that has the spider gene has the wobble. Combos includes. If it has the spider gene, it has a wobble.
They each vary in degree. One can be almost unnoticeable, another could be a cork crewing train wreck. It is genetic and neurological. Some wobbles can become less noticeable with time and other wobbles can get worse with time.
As long as it's not a severe case(which don't often survive past hatchling-hood), the majority of spider wobbles are no big deal. They can eat, poop, breed, do normal snake stuff as any other morph. Most thrive and live quality lives.
