Mold growing near and under water dish in my snake rack

You know you need to do a monthly complete clean and disinfect right? You need to change paper towels as soon as they're messed.

We spot clean everyday and once a month we clean their entire tubs with disinfectant and put brand new bedding in.

To me damp cypress smells like the forest after a rainstorm - it's not a smell I consider bad, though it is "earthy".
