Cleaning tubs vs changing baby diapers

There have been plenty of times I've had a 'hidden' rat that didn't get eaten and I've had to clean out rotten putrid falling apart dead rat complete with maggots. But the only time I've come close to heaving was changing my sons diapers.

I'm on the fence about this one...

For my child I used/still use cloth diapers (rare instances we use disposables, we just prefer cloth, and personally I cannot stand the smell of disposables... I have a nose like a bloodhound and what are non-offensive odors to most people will bother me and give me migraines, disposable diapers included). Breastmilk poops aren't bad at all... no odor, funny colors, but water soluble so easy to clean up. Solid food poops (my child is quickly approaching 2 years of age... where does the time go?!) on the other hand... awful. Smelly, nasty, squishy... just gross. And using cloth diapers we have to spray the poops out into the toilet... (My husband usually gets that job.) Only thing entertaining about this is the child likes to verbally advertise to the world she's got "caca" in her pants.

The snakes... kind of a toss up. Sometimes the poops are in one place, easy to clean up, no big deal. Then other times it's stuck on the tub, spread all over the place, smells to high heaven. The worst is when someone decides to refuse a rat. The combination of heat and humidity means decomp comes at a much accelerated rate, meaning a very gross mess to clean up. Even worse when the snake decides to dump that rat in the water bowl....

But like someone else mentioned... the cuddles make up for the diapers. Just can't compare. And the funny little conversations she has. Can't understand a word she's saying, but she just goes on and on telling whatever fanciful tale she has.
