Fortunately all but one of mine are on rats, my spider is the only one on mice. Going to make the switch for him when I have him feeding for me. I can't wait for my little ones to get over the 100g! Even a little bit of weight behind the albino and bumblebee as they are still hatchling weight (small hatchling weight) and although they are young they're very under weight in my opinion :(

Yeh I've tried everything to get Lex to switch... rats, she won't even go for asfs... go figure!! She's very picky, don't even bother with f/t, tried that too. As long as she's eating something I'm happy :)

That is all that ever matters! As long as they will eat something as we know how fussy BP's can be :)

All of mine are frozen eaters too, quite rare to get live eaters here in the UK although it does happen!

Right I'm putting my three smaller BP's on a 5 day feeding schedule as they're on the scales at 60g, 77g and 87g.
I have my 260g pastel and my 550g male on a 7 day schedule.

Now, my issue, my 174g girly; should she be on a 5 day or a 7 day. I got my pastel at 200g and she was on a 7 day. What would you guys suggest?

My guy who is 280 grams I'm feeding him every 4-6 days and mainly depends on when he poops and what not,the average for him is 5 days and for my 75 gram guy every 4 days/ 5

My pastel (260g) eats as she pleases but is offered once a week. I'm going to see how the het does on a 7 day schedule and if she is not making good progress or looks like she could eat more often I will change to a 5 day as with my little ones. She struck fed and constricted so I'm happy. Well, they all did actually. Apart from my pastel but she is a nightmare at the best of times, she doesn't even poke her nose of the hide on feeding day!

General rule of thumb is every 4-5 days until they hit 500g. Then bump up to a 7-10 day schedule. And adults can be on a 7-14 day schedule depending on male/female/breeder/pet.
