If I'm right fuzzies eyes are closed and hoppers are def not, live that is...now when frozen all there eyes are closed, size don't matter.

Maybe it wasn't eating from the beginning because of the stress of the new environment. Now it's going into shed, at which point some don't eat. Both of these things are known to cause some BPs not to eat and in this case they overlapped. 200 was just throwing out things to consider, going into shed was one of them.

This is why I didn't become a middle school teacher.

What is wrong with you, really? Mine didn't eat for a month only because she would not do f/t, everything in my tank was correct, she wasn't sick, just refusing what she didn't want. Got her live... mean eaten since.

I recently got 2 new baby balls last week and I've fed them 2x, first time was second day after acquiring them. The Firefly I received was in shed when I got him and ate the same day he shed. He would also avoid the hopper so I put him and the hopper in a smaller container so he couldn't avoid the hopper (I supervised the whole thing) and it worked good for me. Or If your worried about leaving a live mouse in the tub unsupervised I add a block of rodent food for the mouse to eat instead of nibbling on your snake ( I wouldn't leave the mouse unsupervised more than a couple hours) . Wait a couple days between offerings when he doesn't eat to keep from stressing him.
