Re: Can a rats diet effect my BP?
In other words your girl is getting what she needs from the food you get her. Relax. The pet store that is over pricing and populating I wouldn't go to except as a last resort and I would hold those rats back a while to get them healthy before feeding off. I know sounds weird as bp in wild eats ANYTHING appropriate sized be it sick or healthy. Those rodents might also have internal parasites. Go with the local breeder one if they are feeding a good quality food. I prefer going local any ways. If I can't get what I need there is a large city about an hr away and I will go to a pet store I know that breeds their own and they are healthy. They will even let me handle the animals without asking permission and having someone hovering. I still ask.
