Thanks! He said it was one of the best cinny's he has seen but ive never really to big into them so I dont really know what a good/bad cinny looks like but I know I cant pass her up! He said she is feeding pups now and after another 3 feeds I should move her to a weaned rat. What and when should i move her up to after a weaned. When I got my normal in October 2012 she was feeding on mice and I have been taking advice from the local petshop on when to move her up and shes feeding on small rats now so I dont know where to go after weaned rats lol.

Think either an xs rat or a small rat would be the next size up from a weaned rat not not %100 sure though

Rat sizes usually go from pinkies > fuzzies > pups > weaned > small > medium > large

    here's a chart http://www.frozenfeeder.com/sizing.html

The general rule is 15% of your BP weight You can go a little bigger but in my limited experience I wouldn't go much smaller. I know if I go smaller then that I end up having a feeding response as soon as I open the tub about 3 or 4 days earlier.

I open the tub and as fast as I open it my BP is doing her best impression of a king cobra dance lifting her head out of the tub and is looking for food.

I have gone about 22% of her weight one time because that s all I could get my hands on and she took it ok. Took a littler longer then normal to get it down but she got it and it stayed. I gave her a full 48 hours alone after that one. I was actually kinda proud of her in a way watching her do that.
