    There a lot of people who pay for springtails, sounds you got so for free.

    Round are / can be bad mites.
    More of a long body shape, white, float in the water, most likely springtails.

    As others have pointed out, they're probably springtails. Happens sometimes in the bark substrates. They also sometimes hide out in wood products in the cage, like branches or half logs. Just letting the cage dry out a bit should eliminate most of them, but they're not really something to worry about. We actually sell colonies of them for people to add to vivariums or dart frog cages :)
