This isn't a rule - this is what I would do.
Cool! I've been excited to start feeding him rats for awhile (for some random, unknown reason) The pet store likes to guilt trip me when I buy rats and mice as feeders... And THAT is why I'll be buying a deep freezer and about $200 worth of snake food at the end of October.

That's part of the point of waiting until the end of October. And I'm not spending $200 on only him. I meant $200 for my entire hoard of snakes (lol)
