    I have 3 of them. I have never had the slightest issue with them. In my experience they do have a flux of +- 1°.

    I have one running my baby rack (Back heat), it is an on/off type and works well when exact temps aren't really needed. I Wouldn't use it for belly heat becuse it does seem to have a bit of a temp swing to it.
