    First day of f/t successful!
    On a similar note he also took his first rat today without any issues. I have yet to experience the picky / shyness of this ball python. He eats anything I throw at him! :)

    LOL consider yourself lucky! I have a few boas because they clean up everything the BP's don't eat that day.

    My boy,eats his mice from the ass or the head or the mouse can be upside down,he eats in all wild ways,but strikes immediately,no hesitation either. Downs it in minutes. When he strikes he always grabs the FT towards the bottom/mid stomach to ass.

    I hope I can switch mine over soon, I'm going to try this next feeding because I'd rather he not eat live, my family hates the noise the rats make. And it's cheaper to buy frozen in my area.
