    Sucks for all the good hobby breeders of dogs and cats. USDA-licensed kennels at present are basically puppy mills... So this won't improve matters. Just another PETA-backed law probably.

    Didn't we just have a member down in Florida get busted for not having this license?

    This is getting out of hand, the government will do anything to tax or make money off any little things in life. It's pathetic and lil stuff like this is why the American dreams slowly dies. :salute:

    I think that was a state license, not a federal one.

    The fact that repiles and lab animals are exempt from the Animal Welfare Act and APHIS has been well documented in the past; I doubt this will affect us much
