Apparently "not recessive" is good enough for some people.

I'd love to see it crossed with a calico/sugar.
    It looks gorgeous!

    I like it.

As for being a "Dirty Pastel" ...nah, spottyness and noisey static looks neat I think...so long as it doesn't brown out and it stays yellow and black.

i like it. too bad wilbanks already snatched the name "nuclear." i think that would be a perfect name for a radioactive x fire combo. it'll be interesting to see what this gene does when mixed with other combos, especially "clean-up" and "highlighter" genes.

Especially since they have no other morphs. I'm sure he has other stuff to breed it to and could make multi-gene. I agree with you on this one.

Ok guys. Lets actually use are heads instead of pulling opinions out of thin air and here are the facts that I KNOW because, like I stated earlier, I KNOW the breeder personally.

-male import was brought into collection
    -male grows up
    -male breeds to normal female
    -male reproduces itself
    -only hatch one female
    -female growing up
-breeder wants to claim the name radioactive
-submits pics and info to WOBP

From the facts listed above, the morph can only be listed as dominant FOR NOW because 2 radioactives have not been bred yet due to female growing up. Info on WOBP can be changed. If this thing proves to have a super, I'm sure the breeder will report that and get it changed to co dominant.

I know for a fact that this breeder is breeding the radioactive to other morphs this year. There is a clutch due to hatch that all of you will want to know the outcome of this week. Because I'm not the owner or originator of this gene, I won't say what the pairings are. But you can take all of what I said as FACT. Not speculation. FACT.

Why do people always have to shoot stuff down when they don't know all the facts first? This is supposed to be a friendly place of helping others with the same interests. This place is rapidly turning into trollville with people just bashing others to make themselves feel superior. Case and point, the desert eggs thread. Grow up people.

Because today, everyone is special and everyone gets to be an internet expert at whatever they want...it's one of the laws of the internet...I think it's written down somewhere...

    Thanks for the info Interloc.

I really don't why people say it looks like a pastel. It looks nothing like a pastel. I have never see a pastel that bright of a yellow ever. It also doesn't have the pastel pattern. And the blacks are black making it high contrast. And the speckling just makes it look even more like it just glows. Especially the yellow peaking the black.

I like it a lot. But that's just my taste I guess.
