Not even half a clue, though judging by the head I'd say something with cinnamon.

So in theory whatever made that, if I took out the cinnamon and used my black pastel I'd get a better looking version, right?

These actually look more like Black Pastel combos and not Cinnamon combos. If you did them in Cinnamon, they'd be a better version ;)
