Sad News for Falconers

Please provide some sources/info. What legislation? What laws?

Forgive my skepticism, but I can't find any info for this and it's an extreme claim.

Figured I should update this...

California signed the legislation it needed to the day before their deadline. Falconers can still do their thing, and my brother has since been training a beautiful Red Tail Hawk (Buteo Jamaecensis) he has named Junkers (after the WWI aircraft).
