    Good point about being good beginner snakes. I had Kenyan sand boas as well but didn't like them as well as the RSSBs.

    I love all my sand boas. My KSB was the easiest to get on frozen/thawed (just got the RSSB on f/t and my Saharan still insists on live but I'm working on him). My KSB has the cutest face and is so docile. I love the pattern/colors on my RSSB and think the prehensile like tail on the Saharan is pretty cool. I feel pretty privileged to have a Saharan since they are still kind of rare in captivity.

    To clarify: well, actually, not clarify:

    I have no idea what that is under water with the crayfish (i know that one. lol)


    but it was underwater, it was moving, it looked healthy, and i thought it looked cool, so i took a picture, even though it doesnt look like theres water in the picture, there is, its all water



    i had a blast, and my cousin is going to be having his birthday party there....guess whos invited:):) haha, i get to go again!!!!

    I would assume that the housing requirements for the Saharan are the same as for the KSB?
