It's a lot easier to manage them in a single tub. Plus our incubator isn't big enough to have 10-20 individual tubs for babies until they shed out.
Once ours start pipping we move them to a tub on wet paper towels in the incubator, then as they come out they get rinsed off and moved to a second tub with wet paper towels and a water bowl in the incubator. As they shed out we sex them, give them their ID #s, weigh them and set them up in their own tub in the hatchling rack.
