I don't have those cages but do have some RHPs in some. They didn't work for me and I chose to heat the room instead of mess with them. I was trying to heat 4x2x15" cages and the cool side would not get warm enough.

I do use one for my GTP and it works great to provide his hotspot.

Thanks! I am going to drill tiny holes into the front pillars of the tank to slide the probes through with some rubber grommets, so I don't have to run the wires through the front of the glass. I am also going to make a bracket to mount the light to the top screen, once that is done I will hot glue the wires down. I propped up my heat lamp above the cage and it is slowly dropping the humidity...Peeked in the cage and noticed that he has started his first shed since I have had him. So I'm not going to bake the substrate yet. Hopefully the temp will stabilize over night. I will post updates.

Let the heat lamp run over night and humidity is down to 68% and air temp is at 77.8 F. This morning I pulled the probes back out of the cage and got all the tape off of the inside. I found some cable channel laying around so I used that to hide and route the hydro probe wiring. Will be doing the same thing with the therm probe as well.
