Running and gym for me. It works out good. Also a good diet makes all of this so much easier.

Yeah, I lost a good bit through diet changes.

I can't fully commit to a diet because I hate cooking, but the Paleo diet a.k.a. Caveman diet has also helped with random hunger. Basically you take out gluten from your diet, and refined foods. I make pancakes in the morning from Coconut flour and use all natural stuff like 100% pure maple syrup in place of sugar, and 100% honey as well. You drink whole milk because it's less room for them to tamper with. You just have to watch how much red meat you eat because the constant protein can give you kidney stones. I normally eat meat once or twice a week but instead of red meat I get the white pork loin boneless ribs. I also eat fish because it's lean, as well as I make egg salad to last me the week and just stuff like that. I've noticed that I don't get randomly hungry at different times of the day because gluten is a filler, basically when it hits your stomach it expands and that's why you feel full then an hour later you're hungry. With Coconut flour it doesn't fill so you actually get full off the meal and stay full. I recommend everybody trying it and if anybody is interested if you PM me I can give you great links to the recipes that I use. Also from cutting most of the gluten out of my diet, I don't feel as tired after I eat and I feel like I have more energy. I'm not fat by any means, 6'0 185-190.

Haha, no, I don't mean I diet. I just mean I eat less portions and skip the energy drinks and dessert (most of the time). And try to be a little better about the "empty" carbs.

I'm pretty sure Rob did that paleo diet thing too. Idk if it worked out for him. Proportionally speaking, it'd look normal for a male of his size to be riding a wooly mammoth so the caveman diet is perfect for him! Hahaha

Yeah, portion control and quality of meals is very important. Trying to stick strictly to fruits, veggies, chicken and fish has worked wonders for me. Skip the dairy (mayo, ranch, and really dressing altogether - substitute this with mashed avocado).
Basically a normal day for me is:
Oatmeal or fruit smoothie (frozen mix fruit bag from Costco is the best for this)
Fresh fruit or veggie snacks on desk at work.
Chicken, ham, or turkey wrap for lunch.
Chicken or fish dinner with a green and some fruit.
- Nothing I love more than a nice big medium rare steak. A big fat Porterhouse is going to be my p90x cycle finishing splurge, and I might even have a French fry or two before I start over :)
Oh, and I agree. Silent with queues and your own background music is a must. Tony Horton bugs.
