Some do, most don't. Still. Craigslist is very free, and there are many, many people (myself included) who respond to CL ads that go: "I'm gonna kill this python come get it for free!" I have responded to at least one.

See, I don't mind trying to pickup snakes that people don't want. When they start asking for $50 and $100 that starts to add up, and it's them trying to make as much money as possible back. Then people use the excuse of the adoption fee to make sure it's going to a good home and that's complete bs. It's that they want to try to make money back, now $10 here or something then that's different. Not to mention that you have no idea about the health of the snake because the owners are normally incompetent and don't know how to properly take care of their snake.

ri-dic-u-lous... really. "Honey get me mah naaf I see that rodent eatin summagun roamin roun' the kiddy pool!". Seriously the condition of that lil "pool" is a bigger threat to that community than the python. Hell even if it WAS a burm, or retic I doubt it would make it through a single winter in Ohio. ppl make me so angry :rage:

Oh my. That played like a video from the Onion. You know, the parody news site that makes up obviously fake news in a professional manner.

In fact, that inspired me to create the domain name "FlamingSnakes.com".
Open to suggestions as to what to do with it.

wait, someone mentioned The Onion?
The Onion already did it 3 years ago. And its hard-hitting....

i mean, really nasty, especially in the current context. The Onion can be quite mean.

Sigh. Sad thing is, that would have been hilarious before yesterday. I even giggled just now.

That could work.
Think I'll scan here and other places for 'snake stories'.
