Setup help

Is that a heat lamp/ red light reflecting in the water dish, of a flash of some sort?

That is the red light reflecting on the water from the snake cage above it lol. I have a large shelf three cages high. I sat the tub on the floor for photos. I don't use lights in my blood container. Just with my ball python and my Cali king.
