thanks for the kind words and book recommendations are ALWAYS welcome!! Yeah I work with excel all day long at work but that's a good idea. Right now this list is a word file so I could play with the two I would love to see what you have Marla! I think that this whole thing may become a group project as it is an overwhelming amount of work so it seems haha.
