I have an insulated shed outside for all my ball pythons and rodents.
The space heater keeps the room at a constant 80 degrees, the water bowls are perfect for humidity (which others use humidifiers).
A couple of proportional thermostats control the heat for the hot spots.
The racks and tubs make cleaning much easier than a tank or cage.

Sounds like a lot, but it is quite easy :)

Couldn't have said it better! Many many years ago when I first got into BPs, I had all my snakes in tanks. Took me like 20 min per tank to clean them. Heavy, bulky, a general PIA when cleaning day came around. Humidity was awful. I constantly misted tanks. when I made the switch to racks, I thought I went to snake cleaning heaven. Now have three racks, and it takes me all of maybe 45 min to an hour to clean all three racks. Perfect heat and humidity all around. Love it. If you have more than 3 snakes, Tanks suck.
