She's a cutie....with a 'tude'.
Is musking a male thing or can/do females do it also? Is it just a foul smell or is their liquid too, etc? None of my snakes have done it so I don't really know what it's like.

I've never had a snake musk either...but I believe it is a combination of foul smell along with both solid and liquid waste. Some snakes will quite vigorously fling it around to try and disgust their "attacker" into letting them go. I don't think the sex of the snake has anything to do with it.
