LOL scammers aren't that stupid. They use addresses for recently vacated homes - there are a ton everywhere due to foreclosures, and those are listed in the public notices section of the newspapers. When a check is due in they just drive by to check the mailbox in the evening.

Yep, I saw it pop up again too. It looks like he's marketing to collectors and breeders. A breeder in my area got tagged in that one too.
It's getting pretty old, not gonna lie.
