How can you be so sure? You don't know what's going on just beneath what the naked eye can see. A deformity like that in that area is kind of a big deal, possible spinal compression, oviducts could potentially be messed up, it's not something that you would want to turn a blind eye to. Like, I'm sure a male would be able to work just fine with that but actually pushing an egg out could hazardous.
