    That does sound awfully small for a "5 month old" BP, unless they have feeding issues.

    because they were supposed to be 2012. btw sorry i wasnt clear on the issue earlier.
    They're supposed to be 2012, but they seemed small to me

    He said they missed a few meals because the guy he bought rats from wouldnt answer him and he later told me he found out the guy was in the hospital so he was just gonna get from someone else. He wanted to get a meal in them before he sent them to me.

    Yes that would do it.

    They eat now though judging by your picture so unless he told you they were larger or heavier I probably wouldn't be too put out.

    Some breeders "maintenance feed" - it's not something I would do but it is fairly common. Or they could have been slow starters in the feeding stakes - I have had some take aaages to start eating regularly.

    phew thanks that helps calm down my nerves. Im still going to talk to him, but he was so nice and great service too. Gave me a great deal and called me, emailed me, for any changes and all that. Thank you!
