I'd listen to angelica and stay away from him. I've only heard bad things.

And it's a shame too because I really liked a lot of the animals he's produced/selling: including those fire mojos (as I looked at them myself then noticed who the seller was). Just too much of a risk for me to take though.
I do think that king pin is a stunner though: and there's a fire YB male with size on here and Fauna that's IMO an A+ snake. Fire and YBs make some really cool things :gj:

Yea i agree. At first i thought you were implying that it wasn't a fire mojo or something. I was like "is she nuts?! Thats a pretty nice looking snake!", but then got what you meant. I would stay away too though, not worth the risk.
Absolutely! Thats why i have the ingredients to make my own ;)

Re: Which male to take
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I do like the looks of the fire mojo and would like to add both genes to my collection some day. I also like some of the pin combos and what they could produce with my females. Jigsaw or jugsaw blast would be nice if I could find a good one. Definitely want to deal with a quality reputable breeder though and I have time as my females won't be ready for a bit. Just need to keep my eyes open. Thank goodness for forums like this for newbies like me. Glad I checked the boi before contacting him.

Actually, i have made a purchase from Fred Kick. I must admit i was also skeptical, but friends of mine had snakes from him that were awesome. Im glad i took the chance, because my pewter is an eating machine, and has a very sweet personality. Im not defending him in any way, Im just sayin im happy with my purchase from him, and would prob buy from him again if he had what i needed.

How long ago was your purchase? Admittedly most of the negative threads I saw about him were 2 years old or more. It just seemed that the bad ones were really bad.

I knew Fred Kick produced that fire mojave just from the photo. His snakes always look incredibly skinny and underfed. I would be embarrassed to sell snakes that look like that. And from everything I've read about him on the BOI, I'd definitely steer clear of him. From my experience, people with that much bad stuff written about them are always going to be dirt bags. Now that doesn't mean that you're guaranteed a bad experience when you buy from him, but your chances are much greater than when you purchase from someone with a good repuation.
