    I think one of those styrofoam coolers with warm water bottles or hand warmers in nessescary would be okay, someone else chip in though.

    That's a whole lot harder. Eggs really shouldn't be moved much if at all after they've been laid. If you must, make sure they can't roll or get bumped around too much, use lots of cushioning if you can and make sure the temps stay constant.
