    The chances of your BP eating something else than mice or rats is very slim and even if it does you want to avoid feeding something that is not readily available and accepted by your BP.

    Feeding issues are the number one problem with BP, keep it simple.

    I agree with those who have said a BP most likely wouldn't willingly eat a fish, and even if it did, you probably don't want to try it.

    One thing that hasn't been pointed out is that even with snakes that eat fish (garters), there is some reason why goldfish aren't recommended. Something about an enzyme that occurs naturally in goldfish that ends up being harmful. Look up thiaminase.
