    Honestly, I have to agree.

I would wait until you see it in person.

Even if it was really brown like that in person, if it carries enough blushing to offset the brown, you could selectively breed her and get decent babies. Now, I would never use her for making super pastels, or lemonblasts or even bees, because they all count on the yellow to be their best. But get you a high gold, super blushed fire boy for her, and I bet she'd make decent fireflies. Or a super yellow lesser boy would be a good match in my opinion. Even a richly colored blushback cinnamon boy would help her bring her best forward. I have one very brown pastel male, but he's got killer blushing and he's a really good looking snake. My pastel girl was really high yellow at first, now she's gone really brown on me, but I think she's at that awkward stage in her growth, and I'm guessing she'll get yellow again around 1000 grams.

So sure, go see her. And before any money exchanges hands, make sure it is a her.

Ok, I am going to look at her today after the seller gets off work. IF "she" turns out to be female I will probably pick her up. She is $130. I will post more pics tonight if I get her. Wish me luck on NOT expressing a big ol' set of 'penes.

a Pastel is a Pastel. Its as simple as that. For the most part they all look pretty much the same as adults. No pastel looks the same as an adult as they do as a hatchling. They all brown out. Some a little more than others, yet they all do it.

This is not true at all imo, i disagree.

EDIT: You can't honestly tell me that the pastel in the OP looks pretty much the same as this one, taken from WOBP:

OP, I personally wouldn't use her as a breeder. Even with a fire....
The yellow coloration is a trademark for pastel. When said morph doesn't even have that color(even just a little, which all adults should still have), its probably best just to pass.

I also disagree with this. Yes, pastels do change as they age. Most morphs do.
But not all pastels look the same as adults.

This is my adult pastel. She is browned out, but still very yellow. Can you say the pastel in the original post is the same? No way.

I used to call her really ugly...but this thread changed my mind......
