That's what the USHA thinks of the permit system- they support it. I sure as hell don't. What are they thinking? Why in Posiedon's name would anyone need a permit to keep a ball python or a dwarf Antaresia python? Even children keep them as pets without a problem!

Now while I clearly don't agree with side 2 as shown right above, I don't agree with side 1 either. We don't make it difficult on hamster or dog owners; why make it hard on their reptilian counterparts? I'd prefer it if we tried to achieve nationally like we did in Wilson county. And that's because good enough is not good enough.
