    You may not get a very good reaction to mixing the species. I don't know what the babies would look like.

    Why do that? Have you thought of making a trade for a black short tail pair if that's what you think you want now?

    Do what is right for you and the animals. Don't start pairing just because you can. Get a plan with a known end goal and work to achieve that.

    You need to do alot more research. Your talking different species, not two different morphs.
