    Create humid hides. Place damp moss in the hides to create a micro climate that will give your snake the proper humidity while it is in the hides. Since the snake will spend most of its time there the low humidity of the tank does not matter.

    During a shed I make sure to keep the moss damp. During non shed periods I will mist it every couple of days. You can still mist the mulch too.
