    The problem with the snaked system is it is such a huge under taking to disinfect! Doing it all again I would run each shelf separate, and each strip plugged individually into a custom cord with female receptacles for each level. it would allow each strip to be powered down on empties and for cleaning. It would be possible to clean a few shelves and finish the rest later. Rather than all at once.
