i tried removing the egg last week but its stuck. so i'll just leave it in the cage. and will put some cocopeat and plastic tub.

Sorry, just saw this. That's the best I know to suggest, without an incubator. Fingers crossed for you.

Decided to cut these egg on day 56 due to anxiety and lack of patience. :( is this baby full term? Will it survive?

I pulled out the head.

Should have left it in... Nature will do the rest... Your just stressing the baby out even more. Put it back in the incubator and leave it alone. Check on it in 2 days

To me it doesn't seem alive in the picture?

I put himin a plastic tub with damp paper towels. And she inside the egg again. Its alive im sure.
My curiosity sometimes leadsme to trouble. :((
