    CD CONSTRICTORS
I agree that Het x Het is not a bad situation. Not everybody can spot a Poss Het from a likely Het or a 100% Het.

I have spent countless hours looking at my 5 Het Clowns vs my 3 visual Clowns and can spot what shows through in my 100% Hets. Some body patterns are very easy to see, but personally I see a little Clown in each of their head patterns vs some of the same basic morphs of the same gene I have. My 1.0 Butter 100% Het Clown is far more striking than even my1.0 FireButter. My 0.1 Fire 100% Het Clown twins are just out of the park Het Clowns IMHO.

We are looking at Nuclear and FireFly Clowns next season :D

Sorry for the major delay in response! I'm on vacation in Carlsbad and the good times and weather have had me so distracted! Headed to the San Diego Zoo tomorrow! :D

Personally, I think your first pastel pH will definitely prove out. She has that 'look' and traits common in clown hets.

Really?! Well thank you for your reply. If there is any way you could describe these traits to me I would be beyond appreciative! I'm very interested in being able to pick out these looks myself as I'm hoping to be working with many clowns and het clowns in the future. I was told something similar when I first got her, but was under the impression there weren't even somewhat reliable markers at the time so I dismissed it.

If I saw nice markers on those pastels I'd be all over it :gj:
Not everyone can or has the ability to buy homozygous animals.

That Lemonblast het male is smokin, I love what the clown gene did to it ...

Sorry about all the questions, but I am relatively new to this. But again, if you could direct me in any way as to what markers you commonly see in pastel het clowns I would be very happy :) Also, what exactly do you see going on in my lemonblast that you feel is attributed to clown? I don't exactly have the keenest eye for these things just yet. Thank you for your post!

Haha, thank you. I find that natural lighting can often be the best!
