    How do I quarantine multiple ball pythons?
    I always have to google stuff after reading a kitedemon response...

    I think thats supposed to be a compliment lol

    best advise I can give is a min of 3 months if you place them all in the same rack should be ok ( cause they all came home in the same car). I would make sure that you do 3 things in the event of the snakes.
    1 handle, clean, feed the QT animals all last.
    2 have spare cloths to change into after a shower from the animals in QT and QT is reset all QT practice every time a snakes comes in.
    3 make sure no one lese handles your new guys even if it another persons animal until QT over so less chance of issues with your collection.

    It is often sold a 'ant killer powder' or 'crawling insect killer or dust' most hardware stores or green houses will carry it. It is mechanical so it isn't a poison, crawling insects cannot crawl over it. They dehydrate or abrade them selves to death. I'd almost feel bad about it but we are speaking of mites here.... Nothing is too bad for them. It is old school for sure, back before chemical treatments were so common.
