    why not place the flexwatt on the side of the enclosure away from the bottom to try to help bring up the air temp. since he already has a hotspot. less chance for him getting burn if you have to raise the temp up on it to get the air temp where you want it. never tried it but just a thought.

    Happy to hear yours is eating again JTman... I have a 2yr old male BP and he hasn't eaten since early Oct. He looks fine and cruises around his enclosure regularly. I decided to not even try feeding him for the past 6 weeks and just tonight tried a small rat. Same response... just timid and shies away from it.

    As I said, he looks fine and after reading some comments in here, I am a little less concerned. Perhaps I will try a live mouse in another 2-3 weeks and see how that goes. I've only ever fed F/T and until Oct he was snapping them up quickly.

    Here's hoping!
