im heating with a heat lamp (75 watt) and a UTH with dimmer. I measure temps with 2 hygrometer/thermometers with probes, one for the hot spot, one for the cool side. Temps are 90-92 hot, 82-83 cold humidity 44%

the vet injected something like baytril? 22mg

You should keep your humidity higher. Around 60% and when u see the pink belly or hazed eyes, raise it a little but. If you're using a heat lamp then I'm guess in you have a screen on the top I your snakes enclosure, try to cover most of that with foil or something to hold the humidity in.
I keep mine at 60% all the time and during she's I mist every day or two with a water bottle-I think if your snake had an RI there wouldn't be much question, I think you'd hear the wheezing consistently and it would be more prominent. But I'm not a licensed hero vet by any means. Keep ur antibiotics for another day incase you need them.

    I don't think it's an RI either.
Wait till your snake sheds before doing anything.

And your vet is wrong about the belly.
My albino has a white belly. No 'vessels' are visible. He only has a pink belly when he's going into shed.
His color does get less vibrant and his eyes get more 'pink' than red.
