Really feeling like a fool if this a desert lesser. I saw some pictures of some of NERD's lesser womas that look similiar to her, but she does look suspiciously like a desert after research.

I would like to know how to firmly but professionally approach this in order to hopefully make it right. I am quite concerned about this, as it was not a $20 snake. If this snake was not what was labeled The BOI will sure hear about it. But, I am trying not to freak out too much.

I'm betting she's a desert lesser. I suggest you make some calls/e-mails ASAP. Just say she isn't what you bought her as... If the person says it IS, ask for proof. If there isn't adequate proof, demand your money back. If there are complications, take it to the BOI for some potential solutions. I don't regularly recommend the BOI since some people are just ridiculous, but just weed through it until you get some reasonable solutions.. Sorry buddy :(

I plan to send an email and or/text to the breeder tomorrow morning.

It might be a good idea to ask a few big breeders their opinions as well. Look for breeders who are familiar with both lesser deserts, and lesser womas. I think she's a lesser desert woma personally, but that is not the point.
Definitely contact who you purchased from. Ask what the pairing was, if they have pics of that and clutch pics. If they don't, ask for the original breeder's info. Let the seller know what your concerns are. Don't get angry, just try and get the info. If they get defensive after hearing your concerns...good chance they knew about it.
Most breeders should be willing to return money/take back the animal if the customer is not happy, for any reason.
But yea, definitely get more opinions.

Did you buy her from William Stegall or someone else?

Someone else that was selling her for him. Don't care who messed up as long as I get a refund.

Re: New lesser woma girl
Geez sorry that happened to you. Hopefully it was an honest mistake by the seller because it would be really disappointing if they intentionally misrepresented the animal like that. They should refund you and also give you some sort of credit/discount for the inconvenience they caused you.
