Pet store prices would kill me having 40+ snakes to feed :O

The pet store I go to breed their own so I don't think they have a supplier. I could look into that though... I know someone else who breeds in the area but he's 40min away so for my one snake who eats live, it isn't really practical lol.

NYC is terrible if we talking about Rat market.
Pecto and Petsmart want You to sign waiwers...
Petland charge 5.99 for what they call small but they are more medium size...

My local Petland breed them once a while then I' grabbing them for 1.99 from Pinkies to small 50-60g range...
My local pet store if they have small one (once by the blue moon) they charge 3.99...

Store I'm visiting the most on other side of brooklyn(2 hours there and back by MTA) is charging 2.99 for pinkies to pups 3.99 for small 4.99 mediums and 5.99-6.99 for rest

Same as some other others- I was also making the weekly trek to LLL only to find they often don't have the right sizes available and paying $3.50+. So I started breeding mice and am just finishing up my Rat rack so hopefully I'll have a rat colony going soon as well.

10.00 for any size rat at the pet store in my town. Only one within a hour to, so I just started breeding a small colony for three snakes.

At the stores anywhere from $5-$8 per small, local breeders between $1-$3 per small. Luckily I breed my own and don't have to worry about buying very often.

And Curt hooks me up with some sweet future breeders for a great deal on occasion :)
