    I wish people would read the whole post before asking questions or giving their input.... I would say it looks like she has been rubbing something. Ive seen similar pics from people that use tubs with lids & the snake rubs the same spot enough that it causes a sore or cut. Just do what was suggested & remove anything that has a sharp edge on it that she could be rubbing & she should be good.

    Looks a lot like something my bumblebee had when she was a baby. It hung around for a few sheds and eventually vanished. I wouldn't worry too much. I would apply some Neosporin to it with a q-tip and just make sure it doesn't get worse.
