Need help with T&C section of website

Thank you, nimbly, my site is kind of my pride and joy, I built it myself completely from scratch (okay, as "from scratch" as Wordpress is) with no knowledge of web design whatsoever. It's a work in progress all the time.

I've spent many many hours messing with settings, changing coding, screwing up coding, installing and uninstalling plugins...phew. It's a lot of work, so I'm pretty proud that it's mine :D
