    Okay I see newspaper and a fully open screen top.
    That is a bad combo in any area with dry air.
    Newspaper/papertowel is more suited for enclosed habitats with minor airflow.

    A quick temporary fix is to use a damp towel to cover 2/3's to 3/4's of the screen and clumps of damp sphagnum(peat) moss or cypress mulch.
