    Are you offering live or f/t? If f/t, how are you warming up the prey? What were you told he was eating before by the person you bought him from?

    Offering live as I breed my own feeder rats.to be completely honest, I didn't ask the seller what/if the lil Guy had eaten. I offered a mouse once before.

    I have three young bloods. One will take from tongs but the other two prefer to be left alone in the dark. They eat within thirty minutes of me leaving their meal with them. I feed f/t at night and warm them with hot tap water.

    Hmmm.....have you tried turning the lights out and monitoring for a few minutes? Does he have plenty of paper to hide under so he can feel like he's in ambush position?

    Yeah, I've left feeders in overnight, fuzzy rats. No luck.
