    If it gets worse, it won't hurt to do the betadine baths but I would wait. It might clear up in the next shed. You may want to put him on paper towels or newspaper to make sure everything is very clean. The fact that he's eating is good. They usually don't eat when they have infections or are sick.

    I would go ahead and get a bottle of betadine. Maybe even give your BP 1 or 2 good soaks. Keep in mind that BP's don't really like baths so just use good judgment on if it is worth it or not. Just make sure that you check him at least once a day for the next week or so, and give us an update if things start to look bad.

    In fact i fed him about a half hour ago and he ate quickly!
    i have been feeding him a bit more commonly because i have some very small mice i dont want to waste
    i plan to finish feeding him the smaller mice then move on to bigger ones ;)
