lol I thought I was the only weirdo that searched CL when I was in a different city/state far from home! I find a lot of cool stuff on CL but you really gotta weed out the bs and drama! Some times you strike gold! I picked up an adult coastal carpet female with a 4' neo style cage for $80 a while back. I've also gotten normal rtb's and balls free.

Lol. He was very laid back last night, but was feigning rattlesnake this morning. I don't think he likes his QT tub after having eight inches of aspen to dig under!

Mine are always ready to eat, and come out swinging and ask questions later. The only snakes I use feeding tongs with.

Re: Why I shouldn't peruse CL... ;)
About a month ago, I had answered an ad in CL Sacramento CA. I had an Albino female banded that I traded across for a baby pinstripe boy. Bright yellow and great markings, plus a shy but docile nature. The albino was wicked and was not even handled really, since I bought from a well known large breeding facility. Some people think I got ripped off, yet my gut tells me I had scored a really good boy prospect for breeding projects. I have so far Co - Doms in my growing collection. I did do extensive research on my pinstripe and traced his breeding to Tails & Scales in Derby Kansas. Thank god for my thorough persistence on the details prior to the trade.
Here's the epilogue:
The young man I traded the Albino to? He is trying to sell it for more than I got her for! Yup...snake flipper. MY BAD!!!! This trade just happened only a month ago. SO......lesson learned and no more CL at this time.:colbert:
