    Those are really low end. They have a big reputation for failing and not having a digital readout they are hard to keep dialed in. What are you going to do when it fails at night on a holiday weekend with a cold front moving in? Stick with one suggested above, or another of what you have. Its not worth taking the chance by using a cheap one.

    Also depending on what you are keeping 110 is definitely enough to hurt or kill.
