It is always tricky to tell a friend that they're doing something wrong with their reptiles. Open, non-pushy dialect is what will work, in my opinion. Being pushy and forceful will probably make your friend get defensive and become closed-minded to suggestions (if he is like most of the men I have known, lol.)
